Ouch

I'm sore. Very sore. I've spent most of the day shifting office furniture around so the carpeters can do their thing. I have a sore back, sore thighs, sore shoulders, sore hands, sore arms...

Add to that I bumped my head on a sharp corner and have a lovely clump of matted hair there now. Oh and I broke a nail ;)
