You Know I'm Fat
There's been a lot of press given to people who have anorexia or bulimia. Does anyone have any information on the other side of the coin, that is those who are overweight but still see themselves as too thin? Any information would be really, really appreciated.

I wish you much luck on this journey, it is hard on the emotions and one in which you, or whoever is going through it, needs a lot of support with.
Much love,
Aisha.

actually there was a study done, but not so much fat but muscle. men tend to have an overly ideal idea of being fit that involves compulsive weight lifting. therefor they tend to be obsessed with putting weight on rather then loosing it. it is the same psychological phenomina of following an ideal that may infact be unhealthy, it's just a different ideal.
