Give Me Steam

I now have a steam cleaner. They were on special, though that really bumped my Credit Card up. Ugh. Stupid me.

It does work well though. I'll try it on the kitchen floor next week. It really needs it.

There's lots of rave reviews about the benefits of using a steam cleaner. We bought an el cheapo one to try on our grotty ensuite. Haven't had the chance to use it yet though, as we need to finish the degrouting and the grouting before we clean off the horrid mould stuff on the showerscreen.

What material is your kitchen floor made from? We have lino, and I'm interested in seeing whether it may work on that (or whether it will destroy our horrid lino!).

We have linoleum on the kitchen floor. I haven't tried it yet though :)
Seems to work 'ok' on the showerscreen. Works beautifully on mould.
